Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, shipping method, and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to liquid chemical contents or carrier rules. If there is an issue shipping your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and help make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

The Mob Chemist is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please first check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox/package area, or the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help review the issue.
