Return Policy

At The Mob Chemist, we want you to be happy with your order. If you need to request a return, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unopened
Unused
In the original packaging
In resellable condition

Opened, used, damaged, or partially used products are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being shipped back.

Returns sent back without an approved RMA may be refused or delayed.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and help make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee and shipping costs. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened products
Used products
Products not in original packaging
Products damaged after delivery
Clearance or final sale items, if marked as such
